With the 2001012504 build on W2k, it still worked. So the regression must have happened after that date - or it is a Linux only problem.
just tried it in W2K build 2001020204 and saw the same problem. Marking OS as all
OS: Linux → All
Confirming that it worked in build 2001012504 on WinNT and fails with 2001020204 on WinNT. Original report says $nbsp; but it should be   and in fact is   in testcase.
