The code in PSM that opens a window using Hidden Window should be updated to use the new ability to open a window without a parent, once that's on its feet. This is important for embedding contexts, which won't have a Hidden Window. I'm keeping this bug for now. I think it's straightforward (except for the uncharted interactions with modality that plague that window) but I might need a hand if things get rough.
This has become less of an issue since Moz 0.8 became not-an-embedding release, and PSM 2 is expected to land by Moz 0.9. I'm giving this a really low priority and planning on closing it when PSM 2 lands.

Actually, I believe this is crypto. If I'm wrong, change it - thanks!
