User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.2; WOW64; rv:11.0a1) Gecko/20111115 Firefox/11.0a1 Build ID: 20111115030957 Steps to reproduce: 1. Open http://sfw.org.ua/1148988189-fotografii-novinok-frankfurtskogo-motorshou.html (warning: a heavy page to load). 2. Scroll the page to the bottom. Actual results: The background image (http://sfw.org.ua/templates/Ocean/images/bg.jpg) is distorted with black horizontal stripes in the lower third of the page. When you scroll a little back and forth, it disappears completely, leaving only the black background. Expected results: Background image should be rendered correctly.
Also compare those two example pages with the same background image: http://pastehtml.com/view/bdwdd5ttj.html - renders correctly (html height = 32766 px) http://pastehtml.com/view/bdwddvc13.html - has a glitch at the very bottom (html height = 32767 px)
This bug is probably related to bug 591822, but I'm unsure which of them should block another.
