-double click a location
expected results: a new navigator window opens with the selected page loaded
tested results: the page loaded into the current navigator window

I just added this behavior, it's by design. you use shift-double click to open a
new window.

Reopening. Shift+dblclick isn't working, but it should be ctrl+dblclick
anyways. iirc, your patch only checked for meta.
