71082 - Button menus not showing button image

In 2001030605 on Windows 2000 modern skin

toolbar button drop downs that have images on them aren't showing the images.

Here are the places I see not working.

1) Load a message with an attachment. In the message header there should be a
paper clip. Instead there is just the drop down arrow.

2) Open the html compose window. There should be three toolbar buttons at the
right with images (alignment, insert object, smileys).  Only the menu drop down
arrows are there, no images.

3) In NS builds, the IM window has a smiley dropdown and once again this drop
down has no image.

4) In the upper-right corner of the tree widget (a mail folder list, for
example), there is no image for the column-selection dropdown.

Could be that somebody messed up a base binding for dropdown boxes. Peter
mentioned another bug about text not showing up in certain buttons, which might
be related. I don't know the details.

I'm pretty sure this happened sometime Monday or Tuesday (5 or 6 March)...

for QA: I observed this behavior in the bookmarks&History windows in dupe bug 71131. I
now see it fixed in 2001032013 builds on Mac&Linux.
