71497 - [Mac] URL bar in new window loses focus

- open a new window
- try to type

Expected:
- chars should go into url bar

Actual:
- url bar has lost focus by this time, though you could see the caret at one
point, and characters go off into the ether.

this is a regression, but i've been seeing it for about a week.

It is not so simple. When loading content, the user should still be able to 
immediately scroll through it using the keyboard.   Mac Navigator 4.x split 
focus between the content area of the new window and the URL bar, so that cursor 
keys still scrolled, but alphanumerics went to the URL bar.  Nav on other 
platforms (and IE and other programs) put normal keyboard focus where it is 
expected, and so should mozilla on those platforms.

also, if the target milestone is 0.9.1, why was it marked beta1-?

mozilla0.9.2 as a P3.

Note that if you move the last "7" in "71497" to the front, you get "77149" - the
number of the duplicate bug. Coincidence? I think not. This must be the work of
some higher power. :)

aaronl et al., i don't remember how critical this was for focus work, but if you
want it fixed by 0.9.3, it should prolly be reassigned to someone other than alecf.
