71852 - tree widgets only have one column

Any tree that I open with a build from this morning (2001-03-13) only shows data
in the first column. Tried bookmarks, mail/news thread pane, FTP/file viewer.

on linux data is all there, but the actual fields are no longer affected by the
size seemingly given them by column separators. Resizing doesn't work. So for
instance in mail, the longest Subject now sets the real width on Subject-field.
Drag separator in "manage Bookmarks" and you see the next fied display it's
column header, but again - it doesn't affect what's displayed in the actual tree.

Also, for very long lists that don't fit on the display (like my very long list
of bookmarks), I no longer see the up and down arrows so that I can view more of
the list items. If this is not the same issue (or closely related), I will file
a separate bug.

I have the fix for this in my tree, reassigning and attaching a patch, already
sr='ed by hyatt.

I'm going to land this today, there's no need for more explanations of why this
bug is so important :)
