Details
On this build (2001-03-18-21) autoraise on the active window has come back
(this was a bug that blizzard fixed a week or two ago).
Linux, redhat 6.2, afterstep WM.
Move the mouse into a window, it comes to the front.
This is seriously seriously irritating.

damn and blast. Ignore this bug. I just noticed that the /nightly/latest/
directory has week-old versions in it - so downloading from the front page
of mozilla.org got me the old version.
