Details

Happened to run across two cases in navigator.js where we re-retrieve the 
urlbar each time instead of using the cached version.

Cc'ing alec in the hopes that he can just sr this until my ability to patch is 
up and running again...(in the line 1400 case, I'll just remove that urlbar 
line and s/urlbar/gURLBar

Fix checked in.  No real way to verify (except ensuring that the urlbar still 
updates when you move from page to page, and that accel+L still works 
proprely)...
