The form widgets need to be broken apart into separate frames for GFX-rendered
and Native-widget-based widgets.

This bug is a scheduling placeholder so other bugs can be marked as dependencies.

Pierre, this has become a blocker for XPFE. They need to add  tri-state button
functionality to the gfx rendered checkbox frame. The checkbox frame should be
broken out into a separate frame so they can work it.

Moving all Widget Set bugs, past and present, to new HTML Form Controls
component per request from karnaze.  Widget Set component will be retired
shortly.

QA: this is a code-level bug so there is no problem to reproduce or verify,
however it would be very nice to have an exhaustive test of the gfx and native
widgets because the whole code has been reshuffled. I myself played with the
following page but maybe you know of some other ones that would equally useful:
