seen on [xpcdom] build Click on Tasks | Privacy and Security | Form Manager | Form Demonstration the demo samples page doesn't open as expected
Mitchell, here's the bug on the form manager demo not working on the XPCDOM branch, the security check is failing in GlobalWindowImpl::OpenInternal(), could you look into this?

this is affecting image insert dialogue when clicking on select file. it is still affecting Open file dialogue and the form manager demo.
Fix checked in on the XPCDOM branch.
