Details

CCK will need to create things like netscape.cfg files that need to live inside
some jar.  Even if it lives in its own jar all by itself, we still need a
mechanism to create that jar.  If it lives inside a jar that also contains other
components, then we need a way to modify the jar or to pull it apart and put it
back together again.

all you need to modify the jars (or xpis now) is a zip tool, and ability to read
& modify JS install script.

We have this info now.  Using zip.exe and unzip.exe freeware utilities to manage
xpi content.
