You can find this mapping at http://www.htmlhelp.com/tools/validator/src/perl/unicode-map8/ISO-8859-13.txt I generated this file from <http://anubis.dkuug.dk/jtc1/sc2/wg3/docs/N451.pdf> using a Perl script (so you don't have to worry about typos).
Target Milestone: M12 → M8
change this to M8 since I got the mapping table from Have code in my local tree. Wait till M7 branch to check in into tip.
