Bug 799617 fixed the flash for all devices where the black flash was shown for around 1 second. On the Droid RAZR, though, there's still a very brief (<100ms?) black flash - see comments 9 and 10 in bug 799617.

STR: Open Fennec via some external URL. Right before the page is shown, the screen shows a brief black flash.

I've only seen this on the Droid RAZR.
Awesome - this also seems to have been fixed by bug 844275.
