8203 - [PP] POP: Can't do multiple copies or delete

Currently we can't copy or delete more than one message because we aren't
queueing copy urls.  This applies to delete because we are currently moving to
the trash on delete.  This will be solved with the uber copy service, but this
serves as a reminder that a bunch of code in the local mail code base will have
to be updated to use this.

Using 1999-07-12-18 :
NT 4.0:  Can delete, move or copy multiple selections
Mac os 8.51: Can delete, move or copy multiple selections

Linux:   Can delete multiple selection, but cannot move or copy multiple
selection.  This is due to bug #8114.  Will not mark verified because of linux,
but will mark a dependency on the open linux bug.

Actually, I'm not sure if it's really #8114 or #8706 which will ultimately cure
this problem.  In any case, I'll check it again in M9 (having #8706 fixed) and
if that doesn't help we're left with dependency on 8114.
