attribute types from the updated LDAPv3 specification.

Terry,

Was the purpose of this request to enhance the cert name display in the UI
of some client program?  Or some other purpose?  

Are you aware that Mozilla and Communicator both have their own functions
that duplicate the (old) functionality of NSS's CERT_NameToAscii?
Consequently, changes to CERT_NameToAscii do not immediately impact those
programs.

Please review the current table of attribute names at the top of file
nss/lib/certdb/alg1485.c  and the comments in bug 207711 and bug 210707 .
Notice that the attributes from the LDAPbis draft were added, and then
commented out!  Then, please come discuss this bug with me.  

I'd like to get consensus about the right solution to the problems 
described in bug 210707 comment 2 .
