Build ID: 2001052304, Windows 2000.

Summary: Missing headers in news.

Along with bug 81787 being back when you switch between news servers (I'll file
a new bug though), we are missing headers in news, and this time there is no
workaround.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.  Click on a news message.

Actual Results:

No headers are visible, and sometimes I've gotten into a state like the old
cache bug, where the full source is viewable in the message pane.

Expected Results:

Message displays with headers only in the top portion of the posting.
