The debug="true" statement in

should be removed.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to www.w3.org
2. right-click on the "more about w3c link"
3. choose Properties
4. note the red and blue box outlines

Expected Results:  there should be no red and blue box outlines

Oops. This isn't trivial, it's a balls-up. There should be no reason not to get 
this in for 0.9.1 - it's a zero-risk one-liner with reasonably high visibility.

I will produce a patch on Thursday, if no-one fixes this before.

don't see the red and blue outlines in the Properties dialog. vrfy fixed using
2001.05.31.0x comm bits on linux, winnt and mac.

This doesn't block any release, esp. not a virtual one after the SeaMonkey 1.0.x EOL.
