Using may31 commercial trunk builds

Here is a case where you'll get a copy to online Sent folder failure ... I'm not
sure we should fail here.

Steps:
1.   Your IMAP account settings have Copy to Sent folder enabled and points to a
local folder.
2.   Launch to mail, login to IMAP account.
3.   Change the account settings pref to have the Copy to Sent folder point to
the Sent folder online, on your IMAP account.
4.   Click New Msg, compose a message and Send LATER.  Note: if you send Now at
this point, the problem (results described in later steps) won't happen.
5.   File|Offline|Download/Sync Now.  Checkmark Send Unsent Messages and Work
Offline after sync.  (Note: to save time here, I've not marked mail or news
items for downloading.)
6.   When sync finishes (which in this case has nothing to sync) Unsent message
is sent and you receive an error "send succeeded but unable to copy to sent
folder" (another issue, this error appears twice).

Result: copy to sent folder fails if you've chosen send Unsent messages option
when synching and going offline if the fcc pref was changed within session from
Local to Online sent folder and you haven't sent a message (sending a copy to
the online sent folder) before sync/go offline.

I wonder if we're not clearing the Outbox flag on the old sent folder when the
pref changes. I believe the code that finds the unsent messages folder in the
offline case is the same as the code that send unsent messages uses, so I'm a
little surprised this behaves differently.
