1.) Since bug 83675 prevents you from restoring a cert to a SmartCard, use 4.77
to restore a cert to a SmartCard.
2.) Attempt to delete the cert.
What happens: The cert is still on the list, and also appears when viewed with
4.77.

mCertType is a PRBool when is should be a PRUint32. Fix that and r=ddrinan.
