The definition of Unicode Locale Extension Sequences in the ECMAScript Internationalization API Specification 1.0 is incorrect: https://bugs.ecmascript.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1244 When the definition in the spec is corrected, operations in builtin/Intl.js using the regular expressions based on unicodeLocaleExtensionSequence have to be updated.
