Details

Using 2001060808 Mac build.

If I create a new message and then send it via SMTP, the activity bar spins but
nothing happens for at least 90 seconds.

If I try to save the mail as a draft while the bar spins, I can't. Since there's
no way of stopping a message while it's being sent (I sure hope this is on the
To Do list for Mailer...), I can't stop the futile transmission.

If I manually close that mail's window, I find that the rest of Mozilla (mailer
and browser) is unresponsive to the network.

If I quit the app and restart, then I can access the Internet again. I tried
doing the same thing with Mac Moz 0.9.1 right after; so, it's unlikely that
there were troubles with the SMTP server or the network.
