user_pref("browser.cache.directory", "D:\\cache\\Mozilla\\");

prefs.js entry not honored.  The browser will create a "NewCache" directory in
the default profile path. e.g.  

D:\profiles\foo\Application Data\Mozilla\Profiles\lohphat\i80tva9e.slt\NewCache
