Can't reproduce, Win2K 2001061804.  Reporter, can you try the latest build and
if that doesn't help, include more specific instructions on how to reproduce it?

This is happening to me randomly as well. Sometimes our "text2html" converter
forgets to remove the line of > signs after applying the default blue quote-line.

I guess there is a difference in format=flowed and format=fixed.
It doesn't seem to appear for format=flowed, but seen it for fixed.

doesn't happen, if format=flowed.

Still occurs in Mozilla 0.9.3 (2001080110) under the conditions mentioned (fixed
line breaks in plain text messages, haven't tested HTML). This doesn't look too
pretty, plus it affects almost all the postings in de.*.

This has been fixed in the latest Mozilla nightlies. I propose to change the
status of this bug to FIXED.

Glad to hear that. Unfortunately the de-AT languagepack does not seem to work on 
yesterday's (2001-08-27) nightly - oh well. Guess I'll have to wait for 0.9.4.

jgrossklass, (1) you are using a very old nightly build. Please try one from
today or later, (2) this bug is not about the de-AT language pack.
