Details

We currently only support the current locale in the menus on Linux. We need to
add multilingual support, where each menu item contains a single language (not
necessarily multiple languages in a single menu item).

The design change to GFX widgets instead of native widgets for menus,
eliminates the need for this.  GFX menu widgets will even provide full
multi-lingual (vs. multi-mono-lingual) menu entries.
