Noticed something strange while playing with an app. When the dynamic toolbar is enabled, we occasionally find the wrong minimum sizes for pages resulting in them either showing overscroll or zooming (even when zooming is enabled).

Whoops. Accidental enter, but the test page is a page with

1.) A fixed position header
2.) Two "panes" that you can flip between.

Bug shows up if you load the page, scroll the dynamic header off screen, and then hit the button. Page 2 will appear but will be sized incorrectly. You can get some variations on the bug by playing with exactly how you do this.

So I'm not sure what the problem is here - I've played with this test page a lot and on the Galaxy Nexus, the behaviour is consistent, regardless of the position of the dynamic toolbar.

Could you make sure this still happens, and if it does, provide some more details?

I'm unassigning from myself as I'll be on PTO for 2 weeks. I'm unassigning this and resolving as worksforme, seeing as I can't reproduce.
