8816 - [PP] AddSubcomponent: No cleanup on Win NT when adding file while in use

Build: 6/16/99 SeaMonkey build

1. Use trigger, http://jimbob/trigger2.html
2. Trigger http://jimbob/f_addsubcomp_notepad.jar
3. From apprunner directory, go to /notepad_subdir and launch notepad.exe
4. Trigger http://jimbob/f_addsubcomp_notepad_inuse.jar
5. Exit apprunner
6. Exit Notepad
7. Relaunch apprunner
8. Exit apprunner

RESULT:
"Notepad.exe" correctly gets replaced by the second trigger.  This "new" version
of Notepad is 45 KB.  The original one was 34 KB.  The original Notepad is
renamed "notepad.ex~".  "notepad.ex~" remains after apprunner is launched again
in a new session.

Component is correctly registered and updated during these jar executions.

EXPECTED RESULT:
"notepad.ex~" is removed after apprunner launched in a new session.

I think this was fixed a while ago.  I just tried it again, and it seems to be
working under NT4 sp3.  Marking this Fixed.
