I've found this to happen on all web pages I've tested this on. If the mouse is
placed over a link, the link will change to the "hover" style if one is defined
via CSS. If I then scroll up or down the page using the mouse wheel, the link
the mouse was over and in hover state before the page scrolls will retain its
hover style even though the cursor is no longer over the link area.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a web site with a HOVER state defined by CSS
2. Place mouse over a link so that it changed to the HOVER style
3. Scroll the page by using the mouse wheel

Actual Results: The link which was previously in hover state stayed in hover
state even after the cursor left the hover area.

Expected Results: The link should revert back to it's default style after the
cursor leaves the hover area.

Moving the mouse over the link and then off the link again without scrolling
the page will cause the link to revert back to normal.
