Go to www.econ.upenn.edu and click on "Economics Faculty".  This link points to
http:/econ/faculty/index.html which Netscape 4.77 and other browers correctly
interpret as http://www.econ.upenn.edu/econ/faculty/index.html.  Mozilla can't
figure out what the link points to and takes you to a search page trying to find
econ/faculty.
The link is not a valid URL per RFC 2396.

See bug 32966 for details.  Mozilla interprets such malformed URLs in a way
that's consistent with its parsing of non-malformed URLs.
