Error: inveMenu is not defined

on the top menu, the second levels work fine in mozilla / ns62 except for items
that have no pull down menu. their is a slight area that is colored as if there
was a pull down menu but it is only a fraction of a char in height and empty.

hmmm, need to investiage this a little. Do we keep open or verify fixed? 
reopening to investigate these small errors.
