Using Windows build 2001072303: Steps to reproduce: 1) In preferences->Appearance, select both mail and Navigator to open on start. 2) Close mozilla 3) restart. You will see the two windows brought to the front, twice, over each other each time. Expected behavior: The two windows appear in turn, and the second window stays in the background.
Here's what I see on WinNT using trunk 2001072503: 1. Mail window appears. 2. Browser window appears. 3. Mail window steals focus from browser window. In fact, the mail window always steals focus about two seconds after it appears, so if you try to switch to a browser window right after opening a mail window, the mail window will steal focus.

I have much more problems with focus using mail and navigator. It makes mozilla almost unusable for me. I use openbox with more workspaces and when I switch to the workspace containing navigator window, I expect it to have focus. I press ctrl+l to get to the location line and I get a mail reply window with the currently selected mail. There's the same problem with the other way. I want to reply, but I only get a location line selected on the second workspace.
