Printing of transparent content (opacity < 1.0) is broken per bug 700003, thus causing bug 920997 when printing signatures with the default themes. The workaround introduced simply ignores the opacity rules when printing.

Once this is fixed, backing out that workaround can be considered.

This backs out bug 920997 while leaving bug 917906 intact.
Obviously the patch may bitrot, but should be easy enough.
Unbitrotted for changes made by bug 929006 and bug 931484 this weekend.
