Usually, when mouse pointer is over every linked text,
change the font collor(default blue to red).
Then operate scroll button and when mouth pointer go away from
the linked text, text collor should change.
But text collor remain red.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to some web page contained linked text
2.operate mouth to be mouth pointer over the linked text
3.scroll the page by using scroll button

Actual Results: text color remain highlighted(default red)

Expected Results: text color turn ordinally(default blue)
Yeah, this one is annoying. It's a dupe of Bug 78765 - "link left in :hover
state after being hovered and scrolled off using mouse wheel"
