These have been in the tree a while but disabled (and they bitrotted slightly, of course). I've updated them to work with the new categorical tracing stuff so they shouldn't clutter up normal profiles yet.

had to backout this change because of failing tests/crashes like https://tbpl.mozilla.org/php/getParsedLog.php?id=29648891&tree=Mozilla-Inbound

It seems that both compiler switches IDB_PROFILER_USE_MARKS and IDB_PROFILER_MARK_DETAILS do not exist any more. For the rest of the patch's changes I do not see any reason (and the file changed heavily since then).
