94033 - Stop button disabled while default search loading

Type for example fjow on the address bar. This site can't be found so you'll be
directed to search.netscape.com even if I chose an alternate search engine in
the preferences (which might be a bug in itself). I can't prevent the netscape
page from loading since the stop button is never enabled.

Comfirmed using 0.9.3 on windows 2000.

Appears the stop button becomes active while resolving the ip address, then
disables when the page beings to load.

Is this expected behavior?

I don't think I originally offered a build; sorry. I am confirming that this bug
still exists in Linux 2001081514.

I wanted to add to this existing bug. The stop button also fails to enable when
a URL is automatically completed. For example, go to www.redhat.com and the
button functions as expected. However, go to www.redhat and the stop button will
be disabled for the loading of the complete URL.

Not with  Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9b4pre) Gecko/2008022404 Minefield/3.0b4pre nor Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10.4; en-US; rv:1.9b4pre) Gecko/2008022304 Minefield/3.0b4pre.

I don't use search from URL bar so search here isnt' familiar to me.  But if the STR are 
 type "jfow"
 <enter>
[see stop enabled]

then no, I don't see it.
