Below is a email conversation with the creator of URL Manager, discussing the 
compatibility of URL Manager for the Mac OS (using 9.1 & Mozilla 0.9.3).

>Does the upcoming version of URL Manager 2.7.1 support Mozilla builds?

The problem is that Mozilla does not support the Shared Menus protocol.
