Don't know, but probably no, in http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93558 window is empty, in my bug not.

This is not dupe of http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=93588 (outlook
express addressbook importer flips home and work URLs) and second can't close
this theme install window - no button are active, only text instead of button -
example: Cancel. So I can't open it second time.
