The analyzers group is a special group of approved people who need to be able to see email addresses on the site in order to contact users whose feedback is intriguing.
This bug covers making the code changes to show the actual email address in the "confidential" section of the response details to people in the Analyzer's group.

Bug #945853 covers squaring this away with privacy folks and thus this bug depends on that one.
I've made some code changes. The PR is at https://github.com/mozilla/fjord/pull/184
If other changes are required, they should be implemented before this lands in production.
