In order to suss out old spam, we need to be able to specify the date range for the spam duplicates report. Right now it defaults to the last 14 days.
Removing this from the queue.

That report was helpful to figure out the double-submit stuff, but I don't think it should live onwards. We should have a different spam report that's more helpful.
