Details
Reproduction:
1. Create news account
2. Subscribe to several groups, download all messages of them
3. Delete account
4. Check News/ directory in your profile
Actual result:
The old message files are still there
Expected result:
All trails of the account are removed.
The message files are just a cache - they are stored on the server. So, removing
them is not dataloss.
The files are inaccessible from the GUI. If you recreate the account, (I guess)
that a new directory is created and the old files are ignored.
In other words, we waste diskspace.

Files we're leaving still:
news.mozilla.org (directory, which contains):
* hostinfo.dat
* .msf's for each newsgroup
and the newsrc-news.mozilla.org
news.mozilla.org.msf
Nominating, just in case we get time for this, or the fix is really easy (maybe
we have a leak or bad ref-counting, as I suspect we actually have code that
attempts disk cleanup).

Found a dupe. This is also true for non-linux, and mail accounts.
