Overview Description:
When you pull down the Bookmarks menu in Apprunner, there aren't any bookmark menu items, much less the submenus.
Steps to Reproduce:
1) Launch Apprunner.
2) Select Bookmarks.
3) Observe.
Actual Results:
Only the Add Current Page and Manage Bookmarks menuitems appear.
Expected Results:
There is a long list of hard-coded bookmarks that usually appears. Many are heading and contain submenus with more
bookmarks. Personal bookamrk(as added)s should also appear at the bottom of this list.
Build Info:
This bug is cross-platform and has been reproduced on WinNT, MacOS, and Linux with the 1999070908 builds.

Profile problem. You need to migrate a 4.x profile to get them to show up.
Reassigning to racham! Bhuvan, you can probably mark this as invalid.

do you mean migrating a 4.x profile is a workaround for this issue? Does that work XP?
I would hold off on marking anything invalid though until an issue is settled:
There are 'hardcoded' bookmarks that we ship with seamonkey. They reside in res/samples/bookmarks/html. When you create a
profile they get copied over or some such magic. If that isn't happening there is a problem. There should be no case wherein Joe
Schmoe user cranks up seamonkey and pulls down the Bookmarks menu and sees nothing.

Yes, what this means is that you've run apprunner without re-creating or
migrating a profile. Creating a new profile (or migrating an old 4.x profile)
will copy the bookmarks.html file into the right place.

I *really* thought I did that (created a new) but I guess not as I just blew away the old profile(again) and now I've got
bookmarks. So umm Oky-day.
