9535 - Randomly, message counts show up in Thread pane when Deleting msgs

Using builds 19990708 on win32, linux & mac message count numbers randomly show
up in the Thread pane usually when you do a Get Msg or expand a folder.

Steps:

1. Launch Messenger
2. Double click on each server to expand the folders
3. Click on the folders to display the messages.
4. Click on a message then Delete it.
5. Click on another message, you should see what appears to be a updated message
count at the bottom of the message list in the Thread pane

This happens on a POP, IMAP or News account,

Yeah, that's fine.  I stopped seeing it after I downloaded your changes.  But
maybe I'm just getting lucky.

Just an update.  Still occurring in release builds dated 1999071208.

Scott, you still seeing this? I think maybe the conversion to templates fixed
it. I'm going to close the bug. Re-open if it resurfaces.
