From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:0.9.3+)
Gecko/20010816
BuildID: 20010816

Using the quick Launch (or turbo mode), Mozilla quits after beginning to load.
The Mozilla system tray icon appears for about 4 seconds, while Mozilla loads in
the background. However, it only seems to load halfway, until the loading
stops. Moving my mouse pointer over the Mozilla icon will make it vanish
(reminds me of a program crash). Maybe something "quick start" related made
mozilla crash (and not load).
However, TalkBack didn't activate if it was a crash. Also, I had no troubles
starting mozilla the 'regular' way (no quickstart or turbo). I have a hunch
that it may be related to bug 92292, which was fixed in this build. (it deals
with the system tray icon, and right clicking it would show 2 exit menu items.
it seemed to be win2k specific).
Anything else I might have missed, let me know.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set the preferences to enable "Quick launch". (this will add an icon in your
'startup' folder in the start menu.
2. Quit mozilla (make sure mozilla is not running)
2. go into the start menu, and find the startup folder, and click the mozilla
startup item. (this will produce the same effect as just turning on your
computer and having mozilla quicklaunch start up automatically)
3. Note the icon that appears in the system tray, and 'listen' to mozilla load
(hard drive churning away)
4. When the 'churning' stops, move your mouse on top of the mozilla icon, and it
will vanish (as if the program crashed, and left the icon in the tray)
5. Check your task manager and you will see mozilla is not running

Possible regression from last night's checkin for bug 89504 and related fixes?
Using Build ID: 20010821 (the 21st of August 2001), the problem seems to be
fixed! However, I will leave the bug resolution as is, and if someone can
verify that it works, it can be changed. I'll assume today's build (yet to be
released) will work too. I'll only post back here if it does NOT work.
