All the bugs in the dependancy list need to go into the 0.9.2 branch 

we have a=marek, waiting until monday to do the merge ( per marek's request )

My build just finished with one minor change in nsAccessiblityService ( change
node to aDOMNode in one of the functions ). I'll post the diff after I have
finished a second build.

I built using the default accessibility on, need to build with
DISABLE_ACCESSIBILITY=1 in the env, but first sleep. :-)

v2.0 contains a couple of fixes that didn't get applied during the origianl
patching. I guess I missed a couple of hunk failures in the cleanup process. It
also contains the diffs for the new files. I have cvs add-ed them, so you should
be able to just apply the patch, although you may have to touch the new files so
there is something there for them to apply the diff to.

I have completed builds on my win2k platform with the Accessibility switch on
and off. As soon as snarf comes back up I'll be able to run a test on Linux. 

I need to get ahold of a mac person to coordinate the checkin of the .mcp (
binary ) file changes when we are finally ready to check this in.
