This bug covers copying the existing dashboard code and creating a search view that's accessible from the analyzer dashboard by analyzers.

Instead of using a three-column layout, this one will use a two-column layout allowing feedback to be wider. Further, we can add the nl2br filter and make it more table-like and easier to parse.
Putting this in this quarter, making it block 966425 and assigning to me.

This is the basic stuff that the rest of bug 966425 and other bugs will build off of.

This is a first pass and is pretty basic. I'll create bugs for adding more functionality to it.

One caveat is that I threw this together. It's missing additional wanted functionality. Those additional bits are covered by other bugs under the bug #966425 tracker. This implements the base we can iterate on going forward.
