97467 - mail preferences not interoperable between NS6.1 and Mozilla

Netscape 6.1 removes the preference user_pref("mailnews.reply_on_top", 1);

So users who are using Mozilla and NS6 with the same profile have to cope with
constantly changing behavior regarding mail composition (start reply above vs.
below the quoted text.
Expected behavior is seamless interoperability of the preferences, regardless of
the mozilla flavour used.

This sounds like a 6.1 bug... if current trunk builds are not removing the
preference, this is not a Mozilla bug (in that the next release of Netscape will
work correctly).

This is not a Netscape Bug Database.
This is a problem with NS6.1 and not with Mozilla and the next Netscape release
should be fixed...

If I load the profile in Mozilla and it replies below, when I load the same 
profile in N6 shouldn't it honor this setting and reply below? Current behavior:
- Moz097, replies below--> load same profile in trunk build trunk 2002-01-04 and 
reply above.
