Details
1. Switch to 24 bit color mode.
2. Reset computer (you must reset switching without resetting will not crash)
3. Start mozilla.
4. Goto bugzilla.mozilla.org (or any page with a .jpg)
5. After completly loading, it crashes on jpeg3250.dll.
6. will continue crashing even if you set the color to a different amount till
you restart the computer.

Reporter: As I don't use Win98, I can't test for your specific problem. However,
I am working on getting the talkback info into this bug.
In the mean time, you may wish to try a more recent build:

WFM win 98 build 2001082703
Tried 2001082909 Still crashed, It may help to know that I have a Intel 82810E
onboard graphics.
I also got a different crash which only happends on .jpgs with 24 bit on first
run of a newly created profile. It crashed kernel32.dll
