When multiple accounts are setup, if I switch between accounts, before I select
any message, the mail start page should show in the message view pane. But with
the current build, the mail start page doesn't show. The message view pane is blank.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set up two mail accounts. Make sure on the preference window for Mail and
News, the checkbox under Mail Start Page is checked.
2. Switch to a folder under a different account, don't select any message yet.
The message view pane is blank. The mail start page is supposed to be displayed
in this case.
Summary: Mail start page doesn't show when switch between accounts → Mail start page doesn't show when switching between accounts
Also there is no way to get back to the start page once you select a message,
unless you close and restart Mail.


Don't know about you but this works for me, also Yuting Kuo wants bug 158028.
