Details
in the image dialog, the "Advanced" button doesn't work correctly (not all fields
disappear/reappear and ok/cancel button need to move up and dialog resize(?))

note: eventually the more button should actually resize the window (the ok/cancel
buttons should move up)

yea, i played with this a little. But currently there is no way for the diaolg
to resize based upon its own content size. In other words if you collapse and
then expand content within the dialog, the window will not resize accordingly.

the dialog resize now happens; I think cmanske actually fixed this final part of
the bug. Any particular items that are drawn incorrectly should be filed as new
bugs with a minimal test case attached.
