Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox.
2. Resize the window (minimise it).
3. Make sure to have 2 random tabs opened.
4. Open [e-mail] in a new tab using copy-paste.

Expected result

The Confirm Auth prompt should be correctly displayed when the window is minimised.

Actual result

The Confirm Auth prompt is not correctly displayed when the window is minimised. (Please see the video attached)

It's interesting that the dialog seems to resize when moving the window, so maybe we just need to do some calculation earlier?

The real fix is probably Bug 1583696. Maybe then we don't need layout calculations in JS at all.

I can't manage to reproduce this issue anymore on Firefox Nightly 84.0a1 (2020-11-15), Firefox 83.0 candidates-build2 and on Firefox 82.0.3 on Windows 10, Ubuntu 18.04 and macOS 10.15.
